10 year Goth Style Evolution 2008-2018

Hi Guys, I haven't written here in a while but I see it still gets lots of views. In honor of World Goth Day. I have decided to make a compilation video to celebrate 10 years of being Goth. From High School Emo kid till now as an adult. The Goth scene has added so much to my life in various forms from music, fashion, art, and most importantly like minded people.

This video shows how my style has changed, evolved, and the glow up of my makeup skills. I hope this inspires you to be more creative in your own wardrobe, makeup, looks, etc.

I plan on doing more OOTD (outfit of the day) post soon. Please like, comment, share, subscribe and I will keep you all posted on social media of new projects going on in my life.

Milwaukee fashion week 2016: Halloween Fashion Collection Release

This year I released a new 10-piece fashion collection for Milwaukee Fashion Week. I show cased a Halloween/Witchy themed two piece outfits with crop tops/bralets and elastic skirts with triangle shaped panels in various Halloween prints around in two layers and a thin tutu underneath.  Last year I released a collection with a Dark Lolita theme, however, I was not able to get everything I wanted to make the look turn out the way I planned. So a few components were missing and I was working in things right up until show night. It was kind of crazy and stressful. But, after seeing my designs on the runway for the first time and walking down the runway for the first time as a Fashion Designer instead of a model felt right.

That’s when I started taking myself more seriously as an artist and working Fashion Designer. I started Rain’s Wonderland in 2012, but I listed things on Etsy on and off and never really took it seriously as a business. But due to a series of events I started to take myself and my work more seriously and get things rolling. In August of 2015 I started vending at local craft fairs monthly as much as possible and seeing my business grow from there.

I started with Jewelry and accessories and I am gradually starting to add more clothing collections to my work too. This Halloween collection is the first of many projects I wish to work on in my creative journey.  I won’t be working on any new fashion collections anytime soon. Maybe towards the beginning of next year. But no two collections will ever be exactly the same. I have so many themes and inspirations to work on. And to prepare for the Halloween/Holiday season. I will keep you all posted on new projects as they come along.

This years fashion show was fun, I got to meet so many new people and see familiar faces, and no two experiences are ever the same. I truly Thank everyone involved in preparing and planning the show again. I look forward to doing it again next year and maybe look into doing some more fashion shows locally as well.

New work!

Hi guys,

Sorry for the lack of post I've been insanely busy with school and work. I've done a few more shoots since my last post here's one I did with Faith Betinis.
This was about a month ago for Chicago pride parade in an Alley on the North side. I have a new tattoo of 3 little bats flying out of my belly button and will be adding more along the way. I am a bit sad that my black bat necklace broke over the past weekend :-(. I did take out my dreads and I now have a long black wig with bangs.

New shoots coming in September. I did 2 shoots last week one with Amanda Tea (photographer)/Anthropix
We did a set for Zivity.com  so you can expect that to be coming along pretty soon.

As for September I am shooting with Coma Pill Photography on something pretty dark and sweet.

And with Jim Sorfleet on a wicked vampire themed shoot.

I have yet to receive pictures back from a few other shoots but as soon as I do I look forward to sharing them hear as well.

I've decided to focus more on alternative modeling than fashion so I will be doing more alternative styles shoots and magazine submissions only for now on and looking to shoot at least twice/month if not more.

I am still adding to my tattoo collection and looking to get some piercings soon. I am adding more things to my wardrobe as well so be on the look out for more things to come.

If you are in or near the Chicago area and would like to work with me know and we can collaborate on a project together.

Lazy Goth look

I haven't straightened my hair in a little over a month.I couldn't find both of my hair pieces and they don't match anyways. One has ref, black, red and black skull, and black spider laces in it.The other one is small and black.
So instead I tied my hair into two buns and clipped in my black rose hair clips.
Not much eye shadow, just a black eye Kohl and mascara on the eyes and a little bit of powder on my face.
No blush or liquid foundation.I colored my lips in there usual vampy color using red and purple lip liner topped with red and black lip gloss( yes black lip gloss does exist I use it more than I do my black lip stick.)
I know it's cliche but today's a day that I just wanted to wear all black in light fabrics and stay cool.
Still adjusting to Chicago heat it's far more humid here than it is in the DMV area that I'm used to.
